Gloria Velez is a Puerto Ricans model/dancer and rapper.

Gloria Velez was born December 18th 1978 in Long Island, NY.

at age 15 Gloria Velez started modeling and had a contract with elite modeling agency.


Gloria Velez (who also goes by the nickname Glo) started making a name for herself by modeling in hip-hop videos. She first appeared in a number of Luke's Luke's Freakshow videos and Gloria Velez can also be seen in such video's as Holla Holla by Ja Rule, DMX's What these B---- want, and Jay-Z's Big Pimpin.

As a dancer Gloria Velez toured with NSYNC and Sisqo.

It was around this time Gloria Velez decided to become a rapper and she bought her own studio and started recording. She then signed a deal with producer Ty Fyffe (producing partner of Teddy Riley) but that didn't go through and so see tried to sigh with producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins but because Gloria Velez signed to Ty Fyffe's label that deal was put in legal limbo and so her first CD "Glory" was release independently.



Gloria Velez has a son with singer Aaron Hall who she dated in the mid/late 90's and has dated rapper Joe Budden
