Rosario Dawson
Rosario Dawson was born in NYC on May 9th in 1979.
Rosario Dawson's mother is Afro-Cuban/Puerto-Rican and her father is Native American/Irish
as a kid Rosario and her family lived in an abandon building that was on the lower east side of Manhattan, that her parents fixed up.
Rosario Dawson started her acting career at a young age when she got a small role on Sesame Street.
But it was in 95 that Rosario started to get world wide buzz for her role in the indy film KIDS
from then on Rosario Dawson has had a very successful acting career and has been in such movies as Sin City, He Got Game, Grindhouse (Death Proof), Josie and the Pussycats, Wonder Woman, Clerks 2, 7 pounds, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, This Girl's life, The adventures of Pluto Nash, Descent, Rent and many many other films.
Rosario Dawson also stars in the online sci-fi show Gemini Divison
beyond being an actress Rosario Dawson is a co-writer of the comic book Occult Crimes Taskforce. Rosario Dawson's likeness is also the bases for the main character of the comic, Investigator Sophia Ortiz. The comic book will be turned into a movie in 2010.
Rosario Dawson also has gotten into the music field, she sang on the sound track to Pluto Nash (the song alright), was featured on a remix of Prince's song 1999 (PRINCE & THE REVOLUTION 1999 THE NEW MASTER) and the song She Lives in My Lap on Outkast's love below/speaker box
Rosario Dawson is also a supporter of many charities. such as the Lower Eastside Girls Club, Voto Latino, pflag, Youth Aids, Environmental Media Association
