Thalia
Thalia the famous telenovela star and pop singer was born on the 26th of August in 1971 as Ariadna Thalía Sodi Miranda in Mexico city.
Thalia started her entertianment career in the child singing group Din Din in 1981. in 86 Thalia not only joined another pop group (this time Timbiriche) but started working in Telenovelas with a role on Quinceañera.
in 1990 Thalia released a self titled album that was also her first solo singing album. the next year she released the album Mundo de Cristal and the year after that she dropped the Love album and starred as the title character in María Mercedes as well as sing the theme song for the show.
so far Thalia has released 6 other albums such as En Éxtasis, Nandito Ako (which was marketed mainly in Philippines), Amor a la Mexicana, Arrasando, Con Banda: Grandes Exitos, El Sexto Sentido and two other self titled albums.
Thalia also had roles in such Telenovelas as Mambo Café, Rosalinda, Vamos al baile, Luz y sombra, María la del Barrio and Marimar
